Returns

Lost or Damaged goods during shipping

We provide high quality, main branded lamps, and ensure they are well packed by our experienced warehouse team. In the unlikely event that you receive a breakage in your delivery please notify us within 3 days. 

If you are buying spare lamps we recommend you test these also upon receipt to ensure they are working correctly. 

If your parcel gets lost during shipping we will offer to re-ship the order or a full refund of the order amount up to 14 days after dispatch.

Returns

All returns must be notified in writing. Defective goods will only be accepted for return within 30 days of original dispatch, unless covered by a separate written warranty. Any goods returned for credit or replacement may be subject to evaluation by the manufacturer prior to any credit or replacement. Returns of non faulty goods will only be accepted for return for credit within 30 days of original dispatch, must have original packaging and if a return is agreed, may attract a warehouse handling charge if ordered in as a special order.

Goods returned as gone away, not collected, incorrect address provided by the customer, will be refunded, however we reserve the right to deduct our postage and packaging costs for such returns.

No liability for consequential loss or damages will be accepted. Refunds are given at the discretion of the Company Management.
